Vegan Kebab
Ingredients:
Bread
1 Naan Bread/Pitta/Tortilla Wrap
Vegan Meats
Tandoori
Shawarma
Salad
1 Shredded Lettuce
1 Finely Sliced Small Red Onion
6 Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
1 Finely Sliced Small Pepper
Garnish
1 Handful of Corriander
1 Small Spring Onion
1 Finely Sliced Pickle/Pickled Chilli/s
Sauce
Vegan Mayo
Method
- Prepare the salad in a small bowl
- Heat the frying pan.
- Add a small drizzle of rapeseed or sunflower oil.
- Add the Vegan Meat of your choice.
- Fry the Vegan Meat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Depending on your preference, you can fry for longer if you want the vegan meat crispier.
- Heat the bread (Naan Bread/Pitta/Tortilla Wrap) in a flat pan/griddle/oven.
- Evenly spread the salad over/in the bread.
- Evenly spread the Vegan Meat over the salad.
- Add your Vegan Sauce.
- Add the pickles and garnishing.
- Fold and close the bread or keep it open and enjoy.
