Vegan Kebab

Ingredients:

Bread
1 Naan Bread/Pitta/Tortilla Wrap

Vegan Meats
Tandoori
Shawarma

Salad
1 Shredded Lettuce
1 Finely Sliced Small Red Onion
6 Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
1 Finely Sliced Small Pepper

Garnish
1 Handful of Corriander
1 Small Spring Onion
1 Finely Sliced Pickle/Pickled Chilli/s

Sauce
Vegan Mayo

Method

  1. Prepare the salad in a small bowl
  2. Heat the frying pan.
  3. Add a small drizzle of rapeseed or sunflower oil.
  4. Add the Vegan Meat of your choice.
  5. Fry the Vegan Meat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Depending on your preference, you can fry for longer if you want the vegan meat crispier.
  6. Heat the bread (Naan Bread/Pitta/Tortilla Wrap) in a flat pan/griddle/oven.
  7. Evenly spread the salad over/in the bread.
  8. Evenly spread the Vegan Meat over the salad.
  9. Add your Vegan Sauce.
  10. Add the pickles and garnishing.
  11. Fold and close the bread or keep it open and enjoy.
